Susan Scott, LAc, supervises acupuncture students at Bastyr Center for Natural Health as well as at the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine, where she is a core faculty member. Ms. Scott has a private practice in Seattle.
Ms. Scott specializes in auricular acupuncture and gentle Japanese-style acupuncture incorporating Manaka Yin Yang Channel Balancing Therapy and Toyohari Japanese Meridian Therapy incorporating palpation of the abdomen, meridians and pulses to inform how best to approach treating the patient's health care concerns.
Ms. Scott has taught Auriculotherapy and Japanese Acupuncture at Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine, in addition to Auriculotherapy classes at Bastyr University, Jade Institute and Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Ms. Scott received her Acupuncture Diploma from the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 1985.
