"I believe that health and wellness in this day and age can be complex, so why use only one tool? That’s the beauty of naturopathic medicine: It allows us (the patient and provider) to come together and create plans and goals that start the patient on the right track to optimal wellness. Utilizing all of our tools such as nutrition, herbs and nutrient therapy and responsible pharmacological interventions, if needed, decreases adverse effects and more importantly addresses the fact that health and wellness is a multifaceted issue."
