Amy is a core faculty in the department of Nutrition and Exercise Science.
Amy has experience working in the areas of diabetes, weight management, cancer, dialysis, cardiovascular disease and eating disorders. She enjoys working with people to find creative solutions to nutrition problems and to facilitate the most applicable ways to make lifestyle changes.
Amy brings 10 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. Before beginning at Bastyr, Amy worked in multiple areas of dietetics including outpatient education, long term care, food service, renal dialysis and as a clinical dietitian. She also taught for three years at Oregon State University in the department of Nutrition.
Amy earned her Master’s degree in Nutrition from Oregon State University
