In partnership with OCHIN, who supports our clinic’s electronic health record system, we are offering our patients secure, online access to their personal medical charts. Using OCHIN MyChart, patients can see lab results, view medication lists, make appointments, and much more—online, any time of the day or night.

For Providers

Both the Bastyr Dispensary and the Chinese Herbal Medicine Dispensary welcome prescriptions from licensed practitioners throughout the nation. For your first telephone order, we will ask for your professional information: formal title (ND, LAc, MD, DVM, etc), license number, contact number(s) and business address.

We will need to know some information about your patient − primarily name and birth date. After receiving the prescription from the physician and after being authorized by the patient, we prepare the prescription immediately for either mail order or Will Call pick-up. Most custom prescriptions require pre-payment before preparation. Products remain on the Will Call shelf for approximately two weeks, at which time the products are returned to inventory and the patients' records are updated to accurately reflect refills, etc.

We offer mail-order services and are able to process orders within 1-2 business days. In order to expedite the product to the patient, we use U.S. Priority Mail.

We are happy to special order products not in our inventory as long as they are carried or made by our current vendors and you provide a prescription from your doctor. We do not establish vendor relations with new companies without appropriate contact and review. New products and companies are welcome to apply for potential inclusion in Bastyr Dispensary and/or Chinese Herbal Medicine Dispensary inventory.
