Dr. Hibbs is a senior clinician at Bastyr Center for Natural Health and has been in family practice for twenty-six years. In 2003, Dr. Hibbs was chosen by his peers as a semifinalist in Seattle magazine's "Top Docs" in the alternative women’s health providers category.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Hibbs takes a special interest in environmental illness and detoxification, men’s health, and endocrine/hormonal disorders. He is experienced in treating hepatitis, digestive problems, cancer, autoimmune diseases and other chronic diseases.
Dr. Hibbs is often invited to lecture and is sought out as an expert by publications such as Fitness magazine; HealthSmart Today; the Seattle P-I; and many others. He authored chapters in the textbook Alternative Medicine (Burton Goldberg Group, 1993) and was co-author of a paper presented on hepatitis C treatment at the National Institutes of Health's conference on chronic liver disease in 1999.
Education & Affiliations
Dr. Hibbs received his ND from Bastyr University in 1983 and BAs in pre-medical science and art in 1975 from Colorado College. He is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
