Healing Philosophy

I believe the naturopathic principles create a powerful framework for healing. I believe it’s essential to work with the body to restore health. Although individuals are responsible for their health, naturopathic physicians facilitate the process by meeting patients where they are in their healing process and determining what it is that needs to be cured. This requires exploring all levels of health and determining if the imbalance and obstacle to cure is physical, mental/emotional or spiritual. Ultimately, I believe we need to address the spiritual aspect to restore health and wellness. This includes helping patients find balance, joy and purpose in their lives.
