Abigail Omolayo Aiyepola, ND, LM
Current Roles
Dr. Abigail is a first-year resident at Bastyr Center for Natural Health, where she supervises student clinicians in Team Care and sees patients in Practitioner Care.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Abigail’s clinical interests include integrative medicine and global medicine, with special focus on general women’s health, preconception planning, pregnancy, childbirth, pediatrics, and adolescent medicine.
Healing Philosophy
Dr. Abigail believes in supporting her patients’ health with personalized health education, botanical medicine, nutrition, detoxification, and empowerment through counseling and lifestyle changes.
Education & Affiliations
She earned her doctorate in naturopathic medicine at Bastyr University and also earned a certificate as a licensed midwife, assisting with the deliveries of over 100 babies.
Dr. Abigail earned a dual degree at the University of Maryland: a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies and a B.A. in Africana Studies. Her undergraduate education drew from both the physical and social sciences, including the disciplines of pre-medicine/nursing, chemistry, biology, psychology, sociology and anthropology. In her spare time, Dr. Abigail enjoys reading, dancing and traveling.
