Matt Ferguson, MS, LAc
Mr. Ferguson serves as adjunct faculty at Bastyr Center for Natural Health teaching Chinese herbal preparations and in the Chinese Herbal Medicine Dispensary as coordinator. He sees patients in private practice at Bastyr Center and volunteers at the Kang Wen Community acupuncture Clinic on Capitol Hill - a non-profit organization providing affordable acupuncture - where he completed an oncology residency and presently functions as their board president.
Mr. Ferguson’s special interests include Chinese herbal preparations and dispensary skills, and using Acupuncture and Chinese herbs to address the broad range of disorders that can be treated by Chinese medicine.
Matt Ferguson received an MS in acupuncture and a Chinese herbal certificate from Bastyr University in 1996 and a BS in computer science and mathematics from S.U.N.Y. Maritime College in 1984. He is board certified by the NCCAOM in Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.
