Before I went to Bastyr Center for Natural Health, my lower back pain was barely tolerable and I also had high blood pressure. Now I go to Bastyr Center just for a maintenance program. It's always a comfortable atmosphere, and I really appreciate the people there. I think when they see me coming, they know I’m a guy who is petrified of needles, so they calm me down. Going there has given me a whole new way to look at taking care of myself.
