(See map and get directions at MapQuest.com.) Parking for the Chinese Herbal Dispensary is available under the building. The entrance is off Stone Way. Street parking is also available. Back to top. The Chinese Herbal Medicine Dispensary operates at reduced hours during the following Bastyr University school breaks and holidays: - Spring break: March 29 - April 3, 2010
- Summer break: June 21 - 24, 2010
- Autumn break: September 20 - 25, 2010
Reduced hours: - Monday: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
- Tuesday- Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Back to top. Payment methods We accept Visa and Mastercard, debit cards, checks and cash. Payment is due when product is dispensed. We do not bill insurance at this time. Upon request, we provide written receipt for insurance submission by patient. Back to top. Refills You may phone ahead to have your refills waiting on our Will Call shelf. To save even more time, you also may purchase your refills by phone using a credit or debit card, and choose to have your prescriptions mailed to you. Some custom blended items are not made ahead of time due to their individualized nature, unless we receive prepayment. Back to top. Mail order and special order We ship exclusively via U.S. Postal Serviceand within the United States only. Most orders are sent Priority Mail. Prepayment is required for all orders. We only special-order from vendors whose products we currently carry. We must have a prescription in hand before ordering a product. Back to top.
